Chiropractor in Vancouver, WA helping active adults reduce pain and move better.
Hi, I’m Dr. Henry.
In my early 20s, I dealt with recurring low back pain — even when I was in great shape.
I tried everything: primary care, massage, acpuncture, physical therapy, even chiropractic. No matter what I did, the pain kept coming back.
Eventually, someone noticed something others had missed: my hip had gotten stiff and wasn’t moving the way it should.
That lack of motion was putting extra stress on my low back.
Once that was addressed, things finally started to improve.
That experience completely shaped how I practice today.
Most of the time, pain isn’t random.
Often, an area has simply gotten stiff and isn’t moving like it should.
When joints lose mobility, the surrounding muscles tighten to protect the area. Over time, irritation builds.
Instead of only treating where it hurts, I look above and below the problem area to find what’s actually driving it.
My goal isn’t just short-term relief — it’s helping you feel better and keep it from coming right back.
When you come in, the goal is simple: figure out what’s causing the problem and help you start feeling better.
You can expect:
• Clear explanations in plain language
• Hands-on chiropractic adjustments
• Manual therapy for tight or restricted areas
• Mobility-focused stretches or exercises when appropriate
• A straightforward plan so you know exactly what to do next
No complicated pitches.
No long-term contracts.
Just practical care focused on helping you move and feel better.

Before becoming a chiropractor, I served in the United States Army for over five years, including multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
That experience shaped my discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to serving others.
I bring that same mindset into my practice today — focused, thorough, and committed to helping you improve.
I live in Vancouver with my wife, our two young kids, and our yellow Lab (Cooper).
In my free time, I enjoy getting outside — hiking, fishing, and staying active with my family. Being able to move well and keep up with them without aches and pains is important to me.
Especially with 2 young kids!
It’s one of the reasons I practice what I recommend in the office — so I can stay healthy and fully present at home.
If you’re dealing with back pain, neck stiffness, or recurring flare-ups, I’d be happy to help.
